So smooth
You can definitely tell this coffee is different. Air roasting makes it smoother and less bitter than similar blends. I bought the whole bean version. I grind it right before preparing it in a coffee press. 3.5 tablespoons to ~16 oz water. Brew for 4.5 to 5 minutes. Perfect.
