Great smooth dark chocolate flavor. Not o er powering.
I like to grind this with a equal parts of break the glass blend. Then brew through espresso machine for a quad shot, a little heavy cream and a touch of honey.

My "Go To" Roast
This is a roast that I almost always have on hand at the house. Every time I brew myself a cup of the Mexican Chocolate...my wife comments on how good it smells in the house. It's delicious and smooth and will continue to be a constant in my coffee arsenal.
