Love the TMACS
I’m a big fan of dark roast coffee and finding one that has a great flavor but isn’t bitter isn’t easy. I’ve tried a few different local and non local roasters and found some decent ones but none has come close yet to this TMACS roast. Maybe it’s the air roasting, maybe not, but either way you guys nailed it!
